IKORODU BASED STUDENTS TRAVEL TO JOIN LAGOS STATE CRICKETERS!!
Another historic day as a selected group of Ipakodo grammar school students entered the minibus to travel to Unilag to attend training with Lagos state cricketers.
The 24 strong squad of players selected to join the Lagos state team to train are based in Ikorodu, Lagos a city not known for cricket but since the appointment of the Lagos state cricket head coach that is changing.
With Majidun Senior Grammar school and Primary plus Government College soon to join the travelling parties from Ikorodu... some of these young students one day may represent the state or even more play for Nigeria.
