25 years of international experience working for various counties in the UK successfully producing county standard players. Developing his own cricket academy in Buckinghamshire via Little Marlow CC to be recognised as a national community champion and a team to win the Bucks League.
Ingram Jones has also been head coach for youth cricket in Grenada where he assisted in the national setup.
