IKORODU BASED GIRLS INVITED TO CRICKET TRIALS AT MAJIDUN JUNIOR, LAGOS

Girls from Majidun Junior school were invited to take part in cricket trials as part of the Lagos State Cricket Association intiative to get more girls playing cricket in Lagos. Head Coach Ingram Jones visited the junior school opposite the senior school where some of the coaching assistants joined in to coach a varying age range from 11 years old to 16 year old girls. These girls will then join the local cricket program in Ikorodu where they will continue to learn about cricket with other cricketers in the hope that one day they will represent Lagos and even NIGERIA.
