The event was graced by the Lagos Ministry of Education and Lagos Schools Online who were present to see ECSM vision outlined. With the backing of the Lagos MOE cricket in Ikorodu has become a success. Mr Ajabede, MC for the day and also Educational District 2 sports officer was also in attendance to witness and has been a key supporter alongside MOE.
Ikorodu before the arrival of ECSM Level 3 Director Jones had no knowledge of cricket in 2021, now in 2024, 8 cricket playing schools, 12 community coaches and 4 clubs.
